Our History
- The beginning - Lawrence and Rita Hefty established Hefty Construction, in 1974. The small business employed a 3 man crew and was operated out of their home.
- In 1979 Hefty Construction Incorporated.

In 2002 the office of Hefty Construction made the move to it's current location at 102 E Lincoln Street in Mt. Horeb. The office is managed by Rita Hefty and daughter Janna Hansen.

In 2005 Larry and Rita brought their son Joel on as an owner.

Today - Hefty construction, Inc. remains a family owned and operated business and employs a crew of 5 year-round skilled trade employees, that have 140+ years of combined experience.
